Located in south of Bengaluru, this is a  privately owned community center . The site has been thoughtfully developed to cater to a wide range of events, from intimate gatherings of 20 people to larger events of up to 500 guests. The clients, Arvind and Aarti, were deeply committed to creating a versatile space that can accommodate all kinds of events, like exhibition, cultural event, educational seminar, weddings, festival celebration, birthday celebration and even food mela. 

Given the topography of the site which slopes down from an access road to a level difference of 10ft, we found the possibility of carving out valuable usable space.

We were called upon to design the master plan. When we started the design process, the gradient of the site and an existing raintree gave us design directions. We took the clue form the slope of the site and started developing levels. This in turn made us delve deeper into water management of smaller individual space design.
